Defined scope

Clear wall-surface rules protect your home.

Standard installations use drywall over wood studs. Other approved structural surfaces require different anchors, tools and setup time.

INCLUDED SERVICES

Approved residential installation surfaces and services

  • Drywall over secure wood-stud framing
  • Approved brick, concrete and stucco mounting, reviewed before installation
  • Customer-provided fixed, tilt or manual full-motion mounts compatible with the TV and wall
  • Leveling, stability checks and basic customer-device connection checks
  • Optional surface raceway or compatible in-wall power-relocation kit selected in the request builder
IMPORTANT LIMITS

Surfaces and work that are not offered

  • Tile, marble, granite, natural or decorative stone, stone veneer, glass and similar delicate finishes
  • New outlets, standalone electrical work, low-voltage wiring and in-wall work outside the listed compatible power-relocation kit
  • MantelMount-style pull-down, electric or motorized mounts
  • Satellite installation or service
  • Unverified brackets, unstable structures or installations that cannot be completed safely
